The Ohio Grants Summit is a free virtual event held daily from 9 a.m. to noon, designed to help local leaders better understand available grant opportunities β and how to successfully pursue them.
Another Ohio community was shaken this week by violence at a short-term rental. Local govs must be able to regulate short-term rentals to protect public safety. OML continues to oppose preemptive legislation and defend the rights of local communities

π OML thanks the House Judiciary Committee for keeping the 36% local government share of Ohioβs adult-use cannabis excise tax in SB56. This funding will go to communities that have marijuana dispensaries, and they can continue supporting public safety, zoning and other efforts.
