Another Ohio community was shaken this week by violence at a short-term rental. Local govs must be able to regulate short-term rentals to protect public safety. OML continues to oppose preemptive legislation and defend the rights of local communities

πŸ‘ OML thanks the House Judiciary Committee for keeping the 36% local government share of Ohio’s adult-use cannabis excise tax in SB56. This funding will go to communities that have marijuana dispensaries, and they can continue supporting public safety, zoning and other efforts.
